 Lensbaby with heart shaped aperture.
I rushed this a bit and it's not really wacky...

I bought the Edison bulb, fairy lights and lensbaby heart aperture for the shot and they only just arrived in time.

Improvements:
More wacky entry!
Better lighting (dual clamshell soft boxes?)
Better housing for bulb ... Maybe fishing line to suspend it
