Panna cotta with melon (Galia) balls which have been put in Grand Marnier for a few hours and a sauce of the remaining melon mixed with white wine.

They look like scooped out honeydew mellons in the shape of balls. Looked up galia and learned something new...wonder if the taste is vastly different or the same as honeydew mellon. Nice light and detail that shows off the how juicy sweet this natural treat is.
