 I did not want to have again a long trail of car lights for this 10sec challenge, and only building lights or street lights were not satisfactory enough. So I searched a nice spot with some water to have reflections of the buildings together with people walking and moving traffic.
This shot is what I had in mind before leaving home and drove to the city at 10 pm
