This is an attempt at one of my favorite monsters, the pale man from Del Toro's excellent Pan's Labyrinth.
The basic shots are 2 shots of a chicken for the head. a shot each for the eyes, the mouth and the nostrils. The loose skin was done by layering 2 shots, one without a shirt and one with a cloth over the head and a large long sleeved t-shirt to get the folds. Much over use of the liquify filter. A midway shot

YUCK! Very creepy, not sure I can sleep now. I think the flames in the back enhanced this image for me.

Voted earlier coming back to comment.

Now that is the most innovative and creative way I have ever seen an uncooked whole chicken (or turkey) to make a frightening and scary creature! This fiery demon with a beastly head and hand eyes is not what you wish to cross paths with anywhere or anytime. Nicely done...oh I mean horrifically done:-).

An EXCELLENT domestic re-creation of Doug Jones as the Pale Man in Pan's Labyrinth - that creature was truly frightening - creepy eyes. Hands up my favourite in this challenge, well done!!
