Taken through a dirty train window... made for a nice effect, right?

I was thinking heat and humidity.... and high and low tides... I do know that the water on the earth is always moving.

People pay a lot of money for Topaz effects to achieve this, and you get it through a dirty window? fantastic!

IMHO this was very under-rated. I love the painterly effect of this image. Gave it an 8.

I liked this view. The humidity is palpable, and liked the sense of movement given by the little island of land on the left. It's as if the view is on a rotating drum. Clever. But too much blue made me just mark this with 7

I'm diggin' this one. The little island on the left makes the shot :)

This could be a VERY still body of water, but I'll try to imagine the motion in it. However, now I am still left with a grey/blue/drab image with a static composition. Interesting texture over the top, though... I didn't even know that was legal in advanced editing :-)
