eyes look a little crossed, I would try another angle, not staight on, cute, good tones and contrast.

great shot. seems like a noise reduction program was over used to me tho. Skin seems too plasitic looking

she needs to be looking right towards you, and it looks like you went really harsh with neatimage (or she has perfect skin) 6
