 Got scared myself taking these!
I know it won't do well as compositionally it sucks, but was fun to take, and my first B&W.
Set up my camera and made a ghost by connecting a white baloon to a pole covered with a sheet.
Started the exposure and shot my flash hand held a couple of times.
Then ran back with my ghost on a pose and lighted it from inside with a flashlight.
Then ran back further to fire off the flash a couple more times to light the background.

Not too much work done in PS.
Crop
Desat, dimmed a couple of bright spots. Blur the background a little, and sharpen the ghosts.
