I also noticed the 1's voted into the challenge. Not only on my own shots, but I went through looking at some of the top shots. There is not an answer that I could come up with, yes I agree, this shot taking two 1's is pretty ridiculous, more than ridiculous. Ridiculous in my opinion for this shot is anything under 5, which your shot is even better- than that, but 1, and even the 3 just doesn't make sense unless the motive of such is defined. You know what I'm saying?
BTW, I gave it a nine. Keep your head up, you are doing a fine job. |

Great image. Rewarded with a 7. Under-appreciated imho. Take a 2nd image at 30 seconds and blend (the water area) later to get the smooth effect you want and also running clouds.
I have hit many 4th's and 5ths (Honourable Mentions) in Free Studies due low ballers. Very annoying.

I gave it a 7 for the scene and colors. Let the 1's go and focus on those who enjoyed it :)

| I'm usually not a huge fan of nighttime cityscapes, but the color and clarity in this is stunning. Nice catch! |

| An ND to allow a longer exposure here to blur the water and perhaps the clouds would have been gorgeous here (unless those lights changed color). Love the lights but not the water texture. 7 |

| Well if anybody trying to say this isn't an easy 8, they are insane. LOL, probably me, but I just don't see the critique that I can help with, a magnificent execution of a gorgeous skyline. There is stiff competition out there this round so good luck. |
