I don't know why I felt compelled to reproduced this image for the challenge. It is the image used for the olive oil I buy. I wanted to keep this simple, and give it a Renaissance feel. I hope you enjoy it.

Gorgeous work here Johanna! Love the composition and lighting on this portrait for it does invoke the look & feel of the past masters of Renaissance paintings. Congrats on your top 5 finish!

Yes, this!

Btw, my husband, who isn't usually very interested in imagery, remarked on how lovely this is.

I knew I recognised this from somewhere, it's the spanish olive oil, gave you a 7 should of bumped it.

Congrats on the HM, Johanna. Really lovely work - the creators of the olive oil ad can eat their hearts out.

A most striking image with the light, velvety rob and beautiful model - all composed perfectly. Good luck.

A lovely woman in a classic feeling portrait. Overall it's quite pleasant and the lighting is complimentary.

I have some criticism however. It appears you took the time to not put the aged crackle effect on her face for the most part (or it's just not appearing as strong there), but you left it on her chest. At first I thought it was hair that had been cloned out. As much as it pains me to say it, it looks like she has chest hair that's popping out of her beautiful dress.
