 I handed [user]Isaac[/user] my phone while we were stopped at this intersection and asked him to snap a few pictures of the clouds while testing the adjustments to the phone's camera.

-Handheld
-Noise-reduction with PictureCooler
-RGB abd Blue Curves
-Resize
-Crop from top to 2:1 aspect ratio
-USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH = 5
-SaveAs JPEG at 100% quality = 217KB
