A good candid portrait of several (looks like) family members. Nicely done balancing the fill light, background light and the candle.

Strikes me as "not candid". Flash artifacts on faces. You need a flash diffuser. Overprocessed background makes the people look cut out and pasted in.

They do seem intent. Too bad about the closed eyes, though it's hard to get everyone all at once sometimes!
