Commenting as part of my commitment to Team Suck:

I commented on this during voting, and there's little more I can add. Fact that I commented previously, automatically tells you it was in my top 25% for the challenge. Well done on a wonderful image.

An interesting similarity between the museum guard and the woman that I just noticed is that they're both holding their hands behind their back.

However, the woman's stillness and the guard's movement and watchfulness feel so very different. They provide a lovely contrast. Great image, sweetie!

How very recursive... I'm looking at art depicting someone looking at art. Makes me wonder what they're thinking, and if they'd wonder the same if they saw a photo of me looking at this. Nice composition... the man on the left, also with his hands behind his back, must be looking at something equally fascinating, but we're left to contemplate what it is that has captured his attention.

Funny, but I had no idea who Rothko was until Craig Ferguson ranted about how much he didn't like him on a show last year. Made me look up who he was, and I recognized the painting before I ever saw the title. Made me smile - and feel much smarter than I should give myself credit for. LOL Love the shot.

She elevates the Rothko considerably with the shapes and colors you composed into the scene (and I like how she is holding the exhibition guide on the right page behind her back).

Geometry. Punctuated by the human form. Love the colors and balance here.

I would of cropped out the gentleman he is distracting from the main focus which is the woman looking at the painting.
