Do we enjoy sometimes pretty pictures because we like the real thing they represent?
This one is a pretty memory – is this what the title intends also?

I love the impressionistic blur, but the tilted horizon spoils the picture somewhat. I can see that if you simply straightened it while cropping you'd lose parts you wouldn't want to. I'd suggest edit>transform>skew if you use photoshop. |

The ebb and flow of the sea and life in a soft, lovely scene reminiscent of the Impressionists. |

Excellent blur / motion obtained by your choice of shutter speed. I wish the horizon was level, though. Overall 7. |

I LOVE the foreground, Just wish you would of cropped the top quarter off, it doesn't add to this lovely image otherwise. |
