 LR: Crop, Angle, Grad filter, highlights, shadows, lighten exposure on boat.
CEP: Darken\Lighten Center, Glamour Glow, Tonal Contrast, Summer

Then tried Orton effect in PS (merge 2 overexposed copies with one being blurry) but didn't seem to do anything.

Lovely evocative picture. Interesting colors and textures all around to enjoy, but the eye keeps coming back to the glowing boat. My top scoring image.

I love the subject, but it bothers me that the light is on the reeds behind the subject. I really have to fight to keep my eyes on the foreground.
