I was like I, ummm, ahhh (in a good way) not too many photos make me speechless of the first words to from starting out to make a comment.
This is very cool! tones, colors I can see what is going on the touch of vignette is just really nice to see with this.

I think this could be a nice ubique favorite. Well, if not, it is one of my top favorites and my special mention

There is something about Spring that just begs us to take photographs. There is beauty everywhere if we only stop to see. Nice.

New is often nice, but not so much here. The buds all have their own directions and paths to follow, with a nasty curl at the top. They are also part of the dark, disorientating neighbourhood.

this shot is about prettiness, so I would suggest lightening it up a bit, or increasing the contrast... something along those lines.

What to say here? I think trees, branches and foliage is just so difficult to photograph. I avoid the stuff now - I just can't pull it off. My prejudice leaves me somewhat unable to engage with your image - I note and respect your choices but for me a narrow DOF doesn't work, nor would a deep one...

Just such a hard subject to get to work. Trees - they leave you nowhere to go.

I am very curious what Ubique will write about this :)

I just don't enjoy botanical photographs, but having said that this one is more interesting than most because of the buds rather than strident flowers. Seems more reflective, somehow. Thank you.
