 So I decided to go wild and crazy before I settle into the seriousness of DPL. I had this idea of a blurry mess when I tried shooting the leaves on a lilac bush near our house. Those shots were okay, but pretty abstract.

Over the noon hour the next day I decided to stop near our local botanical gardens. (They have locked up the gardens and you would pay an arm and a leg to see nothing this time of year.) A foresty area is still free to wander through so I played around and ended up with several shots I really like.

Still a bit abstract, and I've never had a strong abstract yet. But since no team yet, I'm playing what I like.
