 Unable to shoot earlier on the week due trip to Ireland for a wedding and Monday night was lost as I could not find the ND filter. We had great fun on this one but it was school day the next day so at this time of year it was nothing like dark enough for this to be executed properly. However the dying sunlight we exploited to give a depth to the picture, but struggled for visibility with transparency and motion blur.
Conscious of avoiding disqualification I discounted a blend of two images and an attempt were I felt I stepped the wrong side of the dodge enhancement rule. Happy with the result.
Burd Ellen was the sister of Childe Rowland and disappeared having inadvertently run "Widdershins" around the church.

I'm sure there's a story behind this... I like the ghosted girls, but the pose of the one in the foreground feels a bit stilted, though I realize you're trying to show her running away.
