Location: New Brighton, England

 HDR from 3 jpegs in Photomattix
Then finished off in PS. No plug-in filters used because I've lost them all after updating to Arsoles Adobe cc 2015!

Since posting the above (about PS cc 2015) I have discovered that I can access my Nik plugins through Lightroom. Simply right-click an image while in develop mode, select 'Edit In' and there are the Nik fx plug-ins.

Thanks for the great comments and votes. I keep telling myself not to go back to this location but on this occasion the challenge actually called for it.

You do know that you should be able to re-install the Nik in your PsCC. Of course this is such a stunning picture....well done.
