 A macrobiotic diet (or macrobiotics), is a dietary regimen which involves eating grains as a staple food, supplemented with other foods such as local vegetables, and avoiding the use of highly processed or refined foods and most animal products.

I got trounced by puzzle macro since I had no macro lens, filters, or extension tubes. Literally 5 minutes after challenge close, I found an old set of macro filters in a drawer I was cleaning out. Ticked off by this I had a lingering stick in my side for it.

When I saw the thinking outside the box challenge I thought maybe I had a second chance at it.

I don't follow the macrobiotic diet, but I know several who do.

I made a puzzle shaped cookie cutter and used it to setup macrobiotic foods on a wooden plate.

Very pleased I'm not on macrobiotic food, doesn't really looks healthy. But nice take on the challenge!

Hahahaha! Funny scene!

I like the white plate on the black background.

I wish the food were more in focus in the rear and the front stuff is unappetizing in the photo to me...

I like how you filled the frame, but part of me wants to see it smaller with more space around it. I'm torn.
