Wow didn't expect such an amazing reaction to this.

Now I can't take all the credit as this was taken at Dismaland, a kind of art exhibition crossed with an amusement park.

As far as interpreting this piece as an artwork at Dismaland, I'm sure there could be many opinions.
To me, it is reminiscent of the haunted house ride at Disney, where you see yourself in mirrors sitting next to ghosts - but instead of moving through a ride, here you sit - likely unconcerned for the humorous yet horrific event right nearby. Possibly a metaphor for how we tend to separate ourselves from that which we don't want to see. This seems to be set up as a photo studio of sorts; truly an impressive interpretive piece that allows for immediate interaction from the visitors.
Congrats on the ribbon and accolades.

I don't even know where to start. It's ... absurd, in the most fascinating way. Grunge and Mickey Mouse ears and a defiant child and a woman being attacked by seagulls. And a completely out-of-context sign. These things don't go together. I could look at this all day just puzzling at the scene and trying to make sense of it. Very well done!

Interesting capture. I wonder how many people will realise that the lady is art. I love the intense look on the girls face which really lifts the shot for me and the treatment works well. My pick for a ribbon which is annoying because I have an entry in this challenge also :)

Is that a mannequin? This is one amazing image. Kudos for the weirdness. Filled with metaphor and art. It's as if 3 moments are accidentally colliding. Nothing but a 10 and a fave could show my appreciation.

OK ... here's my very first baby-face-blue ... or maybe Baby-blue-face ...

This is unbelievably good. Staged? Not staged? Either possibility boggles the mind. Perfectly brilliant.

One of the best photos of its genre I've ever seen.
