It seems like this one had great potential, but maybe it's just because I have a headache, this one ends up hurting more than appealing. I really like the lines caused by the blur, but overall it's not working. Maybe it's too harsh of a contrast? Sorry....

| Yes. I do think this effect enhances the picture - normally not my traditional taste but good for the challenge. |
