Thanks everyone for votes and comments!

It's been a while since my last ribbon.

This has been taken at Cala Luna in Sardinia. 13kms of hiking to go and sleep there. I am working on a wonderful project about that amazing region during the last month.

The man in the image it's me. I took it with my D750 and 14-24. It was a very dark place (it's taken from a sea cave) but there was full moon (I was sorry about that, Milky Way could have been stunning). I don't remember the shutter speed but I am quite sure it was close to 5 seconds.

Sorry for filling out late the notes but I am at Shetland Islands with VERY poor connection... I have always loved to explain my shots, everyone knows that here.

You know, there are the obvious questions such as: How was this, apparent, night shot done? Where was this taken? What shutter speed did you use? How long did the guy stand there motionless? A lot of people are here to learn how to improve their photography. If you can't leave some helpful information in the comments section, could you at least fill in the blanks that are available when submitting?

Oh! Am I wrong for mentioning this lack of information?

I did the math.

If I'd given you two points higher... you'd have been at 7.026.

And that's still the Yellow. Whew!

Not too shabby... the Yellow! :D

I totally missed my vote on this, Alex. Please forgive me.

I should have given you a point or two higher.

I think my monitor shows me things at night differently than in the day.

I hope two points would not have changed your placement.

In any case... congratulations on your finish!

Amazing how you've achieved this, the stars are shining, yet it looks like daytime. Congrats. Didn't finish voting on this challenge.

This is a very neat looking photograph that is very well exposed with great focus. I like the framing of the ocean and sky through the opening of the rocks/cave.

8 that could have been higher had you removed the white bar (ship?) on the horizon and lost the sharpening/clarity halos.

Your B&W was far more interesting in my opinion. This is definitely a very good shot with a beautiful light
