 I took this picture on vacation in Bar Harbor, Maine. Looking at Manet's body of work it reminded me of his painting "Boats at Sea, Sunset". I used the paintbrush tool to mimic the sunset, blurred and darkened the overall image to give it a painted look.

the composition is a little drab but the painting technique is very similar to his Boats at Sea painting.
