 My favorite food from Thailand. All the ingredients are easily available here in Taiwan, too. Easy and fast to prepare.

Ingredients: - Thai flour noodles
- Tom Yum pasta
- Lime
- dried kaffir lime leaves
- dried lemon grass
- tomato
- soybean sprouts
- Thai fish sauce
- big prawns
- clams
- octopus rings
- crab leg
- onion
- water
- spicy powder
- coconut milk
Preparation:
-cut the union in slices.
-cut the tomato in small cubes.
-Pour fresh water in a pan and add a spoon of Tom Yum pasta.
-Add some coconut milk in the pan and heat it up.
-Add the dried lemon grass and kaffir leaves.
-Add the octopus, clams, prawns and let it boil for 1 minutes (Use a large enough pan as it risk to boil over.
- last add the crab in the last 30 seconds.
Same time: cook the fresh noodles in another pan.
Decoration: Put the noodles in a bowl and the Tom Yum soup and the seafood over it. Add some slices of lime. Serve HOT.
It took more time to submit the picture and write this than actually prepare it :)
I used the focus stacking technique to get the ingredients sharp. 6 images stacked in PS.
