I am not a poet. The title is my poem.

This is a poet:

a page falls while the leaves turn.
stories are abandoned to the cold.
protagonists crumple unheroically.
wigs are put on, a new set of legs.
they bound into new bindings.
we call this seasoning
and look for fresh meat.

Thank you, Don!

Not sure this needed the blur and it was certainly good enough without it, lovely image. I remember doing something like this way back.

Glad this turned up again. So I had a change to valuate it once more.
I was one of your 8s and I would still give an 8. But I agree with ecmguy about the blurring

I absolutely love the light, the washed colors save for the red legs. It's a story to behold. I gave this a 7.

The minimalist approach intersects with the complementary color palette and quirky story (original and interpreted by Don and Mita) come together so well.

Brilliant capture. I don't think you needed the blur effect on this, as the composition is good enough to stand on its own, but a great photo overall.
