 Creating surface with 4 different colors of sand, place probs on cardboard with printed space background. Take a 18 pictures of
a different focus point then import them as a stack to Photoshop layers, Auto allign and auto-blend then flatten image and export.
Then adjust all colors of rocks in Luminar. Tiny adjustments of exposure and Here is the image.

Hello from the critique club

An interesting image that contributes to the challenge

Well, that one shot will certainly give NASA something to think about, a spaceman there already! Your image fills the challenge brief well. I like the backdrop of the space scene it works well. I have to say that I find all the colours too garish, it feels more like a fish tank than a believable space scene. The lighting is a little too harsh with some near-blown highlights. I’m sorry if I appear harsh but I hope this may explain your lower than expected score but please do keep at it Martin

Well, Thank you for your comment. I was hoping to get better results, but sometimes it's weird how it turns out. Well, I will keep trying.
