Unfortunately, her beautiful lips distract from her beautiful eyes! A closer crop, perhaps? Otherwise, lovely!

I'm guessing here, but it looks like you slightly missed focus, and used clarity and sharpening to try to get it back. Doesn't generally work for the eyes to do that :-/
