2 - 100 ohm 5% resistors? Sorry, couldn't resist commenting.
Good title.

Technically, there are a lot of problems. Since this site forgives least ( & last) the flaws of technique, it landed high on the 'worst photos' list, where I found it. But this was the first photo/title to make me laugh out loud; and I've looked at nearly two thousand shots at this site. So thanks!

I dont agree to the brutal remarks given by most. The subject is good, and so is the composition. The glare seems to be due to the glazed ceramic surface. The only doubt is whether it is out of focus, or inadequate depth of field due to extreme close up! (Well, for who donot know, this is the transistors/resisters used in electronic equipment, and even transisters. The length may be just less than half inch!).

Out of focus

have no idea what this is. its out of focus, no detail, and the harsh lighting isnt good. maybe this is just too macro :)
11/13/2004 06:08:10 PM
macro for sure, but just about the worst photo I have seen for a long time. Sorry to be so brutal, but someone has to tell you

Incredibly blurry. Not good.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but focus is the main problem with this photo. Then glare from the light.

Its just not very interesting as a poster to hang on a wall, and the focus was pretty bad. Its a very blurry image. Keep practicing and you might take a ribbon yet.
11/12/2004 12:33:17 PM
focus, flash appear to be off-badly
11/12/2004 01:25:20 AM
hehe, funny title.

Uh-Oh. . . .I've been on the receiving end of the "blurry" comments, so all I will say is we usually learn the most from our mistakes, huh?. This is a very anti-blurry crowd here. I hope for your sake I'm wrong, but it would be a first.
11/11/2004 02:14:59 PM
focus, please
11/10/2004 10:19:20 PM
Funny title, but the photo needs better focus...
11/10/2004 02:19:41 PM
Nice title. I wish the shot was more in focus.
11/10/2004 12:39:57 PM
This would have recieved a higher score from me if the focus were a little sharper
11/10/2004 09:56:27 AM
Seems to be out of focus.
11/10/2004 09:11:17 AM
no focus
11/10/2004 08:29:12 AM
The photo is far too blurry, I can't even tell what it is.
11/10/2004 01:51:38 AM
Why would you submit something as burry as this? Is this a joke and you are going for the brown here?
11/10/2004 12:41:45 AM
Out of Focus
11/10/2004 12:39:20 AM
Nice title. the image is very soft.
11/10/2004 12:30:09 AM
this kinda quality is a waste of everyone's time. why even submit it? i'm not gonna hit 1 because it qualifies for the challenge.
