Well, the the sand dunes was lit by the torch light with a piece of red glass infront of it.

Understand the need to shoot at 2.8, but this would have been spectacular with the sky in focus. Nonetheless, really well done. Should have been front page.

I really like this picture, but I think I would have liked it even more without the person in it. I like how you changed the sand red. I absolutely love the starry sky!

Like the concept and composition and the sky is gorgeous. Not sure the red is working for me, as I want the sky to be what draws my eye. But maybe that was a red surface and it looked just like you presented it here.
