This was taken at the Grand Staircase of the Art Institute of Chicago -- as were my last three entries. I love this spot, as you can tell. Great light, angles and lots of people. I hoped this image captured a bit of Deb's keen eye for composition and an interesting moment.

Love this one Mark. So much going on but all part of the Deb-style tale.

picture seems flawed at first, but there are many interesting elements working together here, surrounding the wonderfully centered boy.

I'm putting you in my Fantasy Fort

Only Deb could get this and/or get away with it.

Stellar! This has much to appreciate, like most of Deb's images. A 9 10 for your efforts.

Great shot, love all the stripes: the stairs, the shirts! I would probably crop it a bit tighter, with the mom, the son, the girl on the right.. and the arse ;)

Made me smile!! The stripes - all those stripes! This would make PennyStreet happy (she's good at stripes) but it's also "me" in that it's a wonderful wide view with stories galore, not the least of which is that butt in the center. The young patron seems less than impressed, however. The low angle, the B&W, the wide view, the characters everywhere - very me indeed.

That should be Mark. :-)
Awesome capture, expressions and poses echoed by statues are priceless!

Norman Rockwell story telling. Love the relationships in this image.

excellent composition - three scenes - all worthy of study

but the interaction of young woman and the child is compelling

Yep, works for both the challenge, and as a photo in its own right. A really strong narrative.
