This is our backyard hawk again; see the "Break the Rules" challenge. He kind of appropriated the birdbath. The finches were NOT happy...

Robert was discreet and did not mention that the first time we saw this fine fellow he was atop one of our fence posts with a small rabbit pinned firmly under his talons. He stayed there until he had torn it apart and eaten everything but the bones. On the plus side our garden is thriving with fewer rabbits ...
