Challenge: Crummy Weather (Standard Editing)
Camera: Canon EOS-5D Mark IV
Lens: Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II USM Lens
Location: Rocky Mountain National Park
Date: May 18, 2017
Aperture: 8.0
ISO: 400
Shutter: 1/1000
Date Uploaded: May 18, 2017

Heavy snow with high moisture content has made the roads very icy at 31º. But, of course, it is a winter wonderland. My recommendation is to stay home, unless you're a photographer with no common sense. (I came close to sliding off the road, in spite of 4WD.) Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, Canon EF24-105mm f/4L IS II USM, 1/1000s@f/8.0, ISO 400, lens focal length 58mm., 05/18/17 9:20am.

Congratulations on your ribbon. I voted a 9 on this beautiful but very late snow for my area. Great Job!

Mostly, the 36" of snow has melted at elevations below 9000'. Still deep above tree line and in the tundra. TRR not opening this weekend because of drifting snow and icy road.
