[Thank you MaryO for your nice comment. I guess you are totally right re the midtones. Problem is I'm struggling with the brightness of my screens. It looks OK on my laptop (on which I do the editing), there's less contrast when I see it on my normal PC-monitor, but on my iPad there seems to be too much contrast. Not sure what to do to get it right on all screens (I already use Colormunki Smile for calibration).

I thought for sure this was going to finish higher. The light makes the image.

Really pretty scene with lazy, golden light. Might actually like this one with the midtones just a smidge darker for more color intensity. In my top 3.
