 I guess my son won't be overjoyed, but he looks pretty evil here.
I didn't end up where I had started in my mind, at all. The idea had been a very dark image, with the face coming out the bare shape of a tree, red eyes etc.. you know what I mean. Anyway, I was fiddling with the tree and red made it look like arteries, then some Gaussian blur changed the background so it looked like a blood shower, and here's the result. I could probably carry on changing it for ever.... I struggled a bit with the title - what to do with arterial and evil?? Or with sanguine and tree?? Or sanguine and evil?? Hope you enjoy it!
