First let me say that I strenuously oppose a "Politically Incorrect" challenge.

WHY would we have a challenge topic that... to do well... an image has to offend some people... and then rely on the OTHER people to give it a good score?

Insanity.

Next, let me say that this is NOT my framed piece.
I found it on the top shelf... upside down and very dusty in our barn, not knowing at all whose it had been before it became "mine".

I cloned out was the title on the piece. It says "Last One In Is a N*****"

I guess it's of some worth in some venue... not sure where, but when the challenge was announced it took me over a week after searching my brain for ideas, to remember that it was still in the barn.

Who in the world would have this professionally framed and hang it in his house?

Oh wait. I hung it in my home for an hour or so. *rolleyes*

I'd focused on a CHRISTmas tree... (politically incorrect although a Valentine's Day tree is okay? What's one holiday over another? Why do other significant days get to have their own name, but CHRISTmas has to be renamed "Happy Holiday"?).

I probably should have gone with that. This is way over the top. So much over the top, that I had to edit it to even make it acceptable for a Politically Correct challenge. [Does this make any sense at all?]

Thirdly, may I please say that... my maiden name is Black. That's important because...

I grew up in Alabama in the 60's and 70's. I was never prejudiced, nor was I raised to think that it was okay to be prejudiced.

But, some of my acquaintances were. When the topic came up and someone said something derogatory, my reply was always, "My grandfather was a Black."

They shut up right quickly. Every time. LOL!

My father was also a Black... as was I... but they never put two and two together. Ha!

Anyway... I guess I should have gone with a CHRISTmas tree.

A picture of a painting? Sorry, I can't evaluate your photography when feel I am actually evaluating the talent of the painter.

Hmmm, more likely that the nekkid children would draw the angst of the mob these days.
