I am Groucho and I am Lydia, the Tattooed Lady. But, I "borrowed" my daughter's body (gave her bigger hips) and tatted it up a bit afterward. There was NO way I was gonna use my body. :D

Set the timer for ten seconds and ran in. Many times.

Oh my word... this took... so many hours on the tatts.

I'd like to apologize for the song cliche', but I won't... 'cause.... how could I NOT do this song of theirs? :D

What? You've never heard it before?? Not even Kermit, the Frog's, version? You're serious?

Kermit, the Frog's version of "Lydia, the Tattoed Lady"

I read that the song was one of Jim Henson's favorites and that's why it was on the Muppets. Apparently, Jim Henson personally drew all of the tatts onto Miss Piggy. When Jim Henson's body died, the voice of Kermit sang it at his funeral.

Interesting.

Just snooping through seeing what masterpieces you’ve done that I missed, I bow humbled to the new PS Queen!!!!! Wow lots of work, it this is beyond awesome!!!!!! I really got tickled cause Lydia th Tatooted Lady is one of those songs that is stuck in my brain and every now n then it just pops outs into (bad) song

If you got it, flaunt it, Lydia. Funnest image in the challenge. I see the frigate but not the picture of Andrew Jackson - must be up front. Beautifully done, and what a becoming partner! The tones of the figures are nicely set off by the brownish, heavily vignetted background. C'est magnifique.
(Now that spellcheck let through "funnest" I can hardly wait to use "funner".)
