This is my friend Gary. I like people who keep the past alive! Gary restores old gasoline pumps. His shop looks like an old country store. I'll post some shots of the inside. It's like stepping back in time!

I like this photo. My only suggestion would be to move him in between two the gas tanks, and get in a little closer on him.

I assume that this man is a personal hero of yours, but it's difficult to really connect it to the challenge. Your subject is a little too far away, and lighting is a bit harsh on him. I would have played with more angles and perspectives, and perhaps had a closer shot with him and the gas pump(s), giving a stronger connection to the "restoration" aspect.
