 In RAW, increased BLACKS, countered with FILL LIGHT, Sharpened.

In PS, Equalize, Sharpening routine with High Pass Filter, then dup layer and eliminated everything but the flag. Levels, Resize, Border, Save.

I'm going to get arrogant and predict 6.0.
