 From the deck of the USS Iowa battleship.

We spent the night on board, in the crew berths, with overnight adventure group. The following dawn was pea soup fog, with gargantuan cargo ships floating by, the silence punctuated by the tugboat horn blasts.

The massive cranes across the channel were completely invisible when I got up. I got this shot when the fog started to clear.
