Thanks to a visiting photographer from the Netherlands, I learned about Urbex (Urban Exploration) Photography. And I'm really getting excited about this kind of photography. Even more when we found some abandoned cottages on Skye.

This image is from one of these cottages. And walking in that house taking pictures of all that was left, I really wondered what's the story behind this all. Who lived here, why is the house abandoned and in such a dilapidated state.

I almost could feel the memories there and that is what I tried to picture here. I hope you like this image as much as I do. Enjoy!
