 This is my Dad's Bible that I inherited...it was used so much that it is completely falling apart. I was going for an other-worldly look so I played with the levels and curves a lot. Took the photo outside on a very overcast day.

Beautiful photograph. THe lighting is perfect. I'm sure you're probably getting comments that it's too dark. With a properly calibrated monitor it looks great!

beautiful capture. probably could have cropped out 10-15% of the dead space on the right to make it a bit stronger. lighting and focus are perfect. good luck!
