Hahahaaa! A well-presented defense. HOWEVER, you are overlooking the evidence of guilt clearly shown in the photo. That is to say, if he wasn't guilty, the officer would not have engaged and arrested him. Furthermore, the suspect is clearly resisting and the officer is restraining him in accordance with the Dipecee Police training manual.
