Congratulations on a well deserved 10th place. I'm a little surprised to read that the Opera House is more popular than the bridge. I thought this was excellant & I really loved your perspective. The fact that you got the Sydney Opera House in the shot as well, I thought was a bonus.

Awesome. The angle holds the interest. Congratulations on your top 10 finish.

Plenty of landmarks in this one ... nice lighting.

This has nice color, but the composition looks a little off to me. The bridge feels unfinished, perhaps because the building underneath is cut in half. Otherwise, a nice strong image. 6.

Shame to crop the opera house. To me this is a more recognisable landmark for Sydney

Challenge link: strong indeed.

Image critique: very dynamic comp. Nice to see the other elements of the city in the background and you've chosen a lovely time of day.

Out-of-challenge appeal: lovely image from an unusual viewpoint (well I haven't seen it from here anyway!) so I'd come back.

I really wanted to take this photograph but time was against me. I have to say though that you probably captured this a lot better than I would of.

Fantastic. I really like the hues in the sky and in the reflections. Crisp and sharp, and I really like the angle and perspective here. I hope it does well.

Great composition and beautiful exposure. It`s one thing having the landmarks to photograph but quite another to present them correctly and you have made a very good job of this one.

What a beaut! I would have preferred the Opera House to be complete :-) though.

I would have included more of the Opera house, and reduce the exposure by 1EV

The opera house is probably the best known landmark...i see it, but not much of it. In this Challenge, my eye is drawn to it, and then I question how/why the bridge is a landmark. Very nice exposure, color, etc.

This is a well executed shot... nothing really to set it apart from any other picture of the old coathanger... but well executed.
