 Although not on the same level as Alansfreed's Winner in December 2003, us Brits have to start somewhere in the Tacky stakes and this is not a bad effort from my neighbour.

I Zoomed the lens out during a 6 second exposure to create a sense of the luminations jumping out of the scene.

Neat pic, but it does not meet the challenge - this looks nothing like the ribboners in that challenge, and the title does not tie it to one of them.
