Thanks for all the comments... I really liked this shot. I just came around the corner of the house, and saw these two old sisters leaning out the window gabbing with a cowboy. I started taking some pictures. She got mad at me, then I appeased her by promising a copy of the photo to her.

About the ear & red hat... I could have photoshopped it out, but then this is candid. So, I left it in. Also, the same with the rest of her hat, it was hidden by the window frame. I cropped out the window frame, because it was a big distraction (IMO).

Thanks again for the comments.

Great portrait. That ear on the right is distracting. 7

Very very nice. I like the natural light and the texture on her face. You were also able to keep both the highlights and the shadows in check in this high contrast shot. I would have given it a little higher if the ear and red ball cap were not in the photo. Nice shot though, 7.

Immaculate in every respect. Clone away the tiny, bright dot center right? The red hat and it's associated ear are simply wonderful.

nice detail! Good emotion, just a bit centered imo? The red had really stands out too. Just little details, but nice shot nonetheless! 7

nice capture, sharp and clear. Shame the other head is there though, does detract.
