Such a great idea and absolutely beautiful photo. I love the blank background and beatiful, bright colors. Old and new is definately shown well in this picture.

The composition is strong, and the idea is well executed. My concern is that the lower red rose looks a little lifeless, - Returning having recalibrated my monitor, which was only calibrated 2 weeks ago. The colour has more life now. Bump

I'm not big on flowers for photos. Only becuase there seems to a bazillion and a half of them. They are beautiful though and when you can give them some life as you have in this picture, you've accomplished something:)

I like the way the roses are "meeting" each other. Or maybe the older one is telling the younger one all about how to be thorny :-) 8

This is a really nice photo, I love roses! And the fresh rose is gorgeous while the dying rose is still pretty. The background is perfect because it does not take anything away from the roses. They stand out.
