| Strong image, nice clean styling...I like the symmetry (glad it's square) and simplicity of the shot. I'm curious how it would effect things if she were staring into the lens. I think I like the border but perhaps a little thinner. Black? Regardless, well done! |

Thanks to all of you for taking the time to comment on my picture. It is always fun to finish first when having spent some time in the setup and lighting. I took this shot in the beginning of the week so I had plenty of time deciding on the right crop, border and warmth. One of my favorite shots ever. The girl on the photo is Audur, my girlfriend. You will probably see plenty more of her in the future on this site :)
Thanks again for your great comments. I got some more close ups and variations. Perhaps I will post some of them here. Also got a shot of the setup. |

| Very interesting composition you have here. One of those shots that require a double and triple glance, and that's exactly what you want the viewer to be doing. Excellent work and really love the lighting, especially the nice glow around the model. |

| This is simply outstanding. I think that what really makes this work is the difference between the ligting on the two sides of the face and body. It brings this unbalance in a balanced photo. |

The lighting is wonderful, although the brighter area around the model makes the background a bit lighter then the tapes she's caught up in. I think I would like this one better, had the tapes have the same color as the background so they would blend into it.
Still a uniqe and interesting entry to the challenge. Bumping up. |

| Great image, I'm really enjoying the background lighting. The subjects blue eyes go well with the piece, and the falloff on her right gives a lot of depth. The only thing I could foresee changing would be a slight vertical crop. Great image overall. |

| I like this very much, the lighting is excellent, pinks are beautiful, I love all the empty space. My one nitpick is that for a picture like this to be "perfect", the space at both sides would need to be equal - to my eyes it looks like the left is bigger than the right side. [9] |
