 This is my 2 year old son Alexander. He´s an awesome model, he is very good at imitating what I do so all I have to do are some funny faces and just press the shutter at the right time and voila, out comes a great photo (at least in my opinion, who isn´t a sucker for photos of their own kid).

White backround is just some sewing material. Lith with two flashes on umbrellas and triggered with a transmitter. Shot this with my brand new Canon 100mm 2.8 macro, I sold my sigma macro the other day to get the canon one since I plan on buying a macro flash later this year.

I think all my post processing were legal. C1 processing and then just a little crop, B&W using channel mixer and mostly the red layer and curves to increase the contrast a little bit without blowing out any highlights and that´s it.

to me this is more of a black and white than a light color on white background as the challenge suggested.

What an adorable baby! My humble idea would be to have a little "twinkle" in the eyes- otherwise cute as a bug.
