i dont know why bad pictures keep getting a lot of votes when other people have done way better and worked way harder and were more creative.
this is boring and easy. |

The first picture I scored, and one of my 4 faves for this challenge. Composition is exciting for an abstract photo - I like the interplay of the slight curves and the straight lines - the lighting is good, a few hotspots here and there, but nothing overly distracting - at points they even help highlight the texture of the umbrella. The border is not overbearing and well thought out. Overall - 8 |

Composition is quite good, lovely colours in that umbrella and I really like the visual impact that it gives off when you first look at it.
Focus is good, nice and sharp, colours are good, I like the black lines against all the green.

Now this is a good idea using an umbrella! You did a very good job of it too, using two different tones of green. I like it very much. |

Awesome shot. I really love the dark black structure against the green, and the two shades of green. Another 9! |

Exceptional! Almost perfect but you can't spot edit the spot so I won't take away any points. I think this is one of my few 10's this time. The more I look at it the more I like it. The choices you made all around work so well. Well, I can't spend all day on this so, good luck! |

My favorite of the competition... Alternating shades of green, dark lines, well cropped... Nicely done! |

The areas with glare on them are a little distracting, but otherwise a very cool shot. I love the lines and angles. |
