You were robbed. This should have placed MUCH higher. It just screams stock photo to me... Awesome job! |

Yes, this is a strong image with immediate emotional response. Good use of desat. |

I'm boosting this one up. On the second pass it jumped out at me. Not sure if it would sell as stock but it is a great shot. |

Very captivating image, and looks like a little selective desat on it. Love the B&W and expecially the color of the rope/twine. |

Very impressive! Would do well on a page in a magazine protesting something...the frayed rope makes this image stand out, well done! |

it's a very poignant shot, but I am not sure what it represents, or what it would mean to the people that would see it were I to buy it as stock art. |

Great job on the desaturation - I hope you could accomplish that with just the colour channels, because that doesn't look like it would be much fun to try with the history brush :). 8 |

Color vs grey works very good with this subject.
I like the photo but I think that stretched fingers, in a frustrated kind of way because the hands are tied, could add a lot more emotion to the photo. Now it is more like 'tied and indifferent about it'.
Depends on what the photo will be used for if it matters of course. |

Not sure how you got everything black and white except for the rope but great photo. Very creative. Would love to know how you did that... |

I am not a big fan of selective color and I think you color is to saturated, but I really like your concept. |

I am a sucker for selective saturation and I think you nailed the colors here. I love it. 10 |

Idea is very good. But it's a bit confusing to understand if u're given little time to "read" this. Maybe if u used less cord, or if the hands were in better focus.

Beautiful color, I really like this. Would it sell though? I won't detract points because of that, since everything can sell. Just my thought. |
